Welcome to the 2025-26 Season
My name is Nate Martin, and I’m honored to serve as the Referee-In-Chief for Hudson Hockey this upcoming season. I’ve been involved in hockey since I was young and am proud to have two kids currently playing in Hudson’s youth program. If you’ve officiated games here before, there’s a good chance my son or I have been your partner out on the ice!
My goal this season is to support our officials, promote professionalism, and ensure a positive experience for players, coaches, and officials alike. We’ll be hosting a preseason officials’ meeting in September to answer any questions, go over expectations, and prepare for a great year. I look forward to working with all of you and making this a successful season for Hudson Hockey.

Before reaching out, please visit the Wisconsin Hockey Officials Association (WIHOA) website for important information about registration requirements and the current seminar schedule:
USA Hockey Officials Registration begins May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM November 20, 2025. ALL steps in the registration process must be completed by 11:59 PM December 31, 2025!
New officials and returning officials who did not receive a 2024-25 officiating card and crest from USA Hockey cannot accept game assignments until they are in possession of their 2025-26 USA Hockey officiating card and crest.
Returning officials who received a 2024-25 officiating card and crest can officiate games through November 30, 2025. Beginning December 1, 2025, returning officials must have a 2025-26 officiating card and crest to officiate games.
