During the regular season our teams have the  chance to work with the FHIT trainers either on or off the ice once a week. Our goalies will also have the chance to work with the trainers from MEGA throughout the season.

We are excited to announce that FHIT Hockey has taken over the management of the Hudson Hockey Training Center and the Flexx Elite Development Program (FED Hockey). 

We are excited to finally have the professional staff and management team of FHIT Hockey involved in the growth and development of Hudson players, as well as all hockey players in the St. Croix River Valley area.
